The Kids Fashion Week Network (KFWN) in Southern California is over the moon with excitement at being able to finally work with kids here on the west coast. As we all know, this past year has been extremely difficult for children and their families.  That’s why it’s nice to introduce a kids’-by-kids’ event.

At the end of July, KFWN held a model workshop teaching participants how to walk, pose and be photographed in front of a camera and video.

With guidance from model coach Selina Hall, and body positive coach Rajanee Wright, the dynamic duo provided participants with the skills and tools to get the best results from fashion/portrait photographer Carlos Frayre. This event was a true mark of what kids will learn and how they will be coached, guided and mentored throughout KFWN year.

We are also excited to announce a Model Call from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, August 21 at 8111 Orange Avenue in La Mesa.  We are encouraging boys and girls, ages 6-16, to try out to be a Kids Fashion Week model for KFW Network So-Cal event to be held later this year.
