Andrew Bradshaw is a photographer who captured the eclipse that recently occurred. Bradshaw, who has a Bachelors in physics and is currently at UC Davis working towards a PhD in physics, says that he used a “point and shoot” camera to capture the images and utilized filter paper that reduced the sun factor by 100,000 percent. The series of photos was captured in twenty minute increments over a period of one and one-half hours. He created the linear stacking using GIMP, a free image making program.
