The annual benefit show is a real team effort between the girls, who spend many hours rehearsing for the show, their families and friends, who spend a lot of time in support of MADCAPS, and community members, who help by underwriting major production costs of the show, or buy ad space in the program, along with everyone who buys tickets to see the show.

The philanthropies that will benefit from this year’s shows are St. Vincent de Paul, Children’s Hospital, Loma Portal Head Start Program, City of San Diego Park & Rec. Dept./Therapeutic Recreational Services, YWCA Shelter School (Becky’s House), A.R.T.S. A Reason To Survive, Senior Olympics, Bayside Community Center, P.A.C.E., Habitat for Humanity, American Cancer Society, San Diego River Park Foundation and Discovery Shop.
