San Diego, CA – Real Estate Auction Angels launches it’s promotional video. Real Estate Auction Angels, which specializes in creating backup plans for real estate short sales, has launched its new and updated website. The site provides realtors, home buyers and real estate investors with the information they need to proceed in this fluid and changing market. It also provides a step-by-step overview of the process used for a short sale backup plan.

Real Estate Auction Angels was founded to deal with the problem of real estate short sales falling into foreclosure before the process can be completed. Too often banks will draw out the short sale, only to decide near the end not to provide additional extensions. At that point the property is foreclosed upon and is sold at trustee auction. The homeowner loses the property, the home buyers lose their purchase and the realtors lose their commissions.

“Real Estate Auction Angels functions as a backup plan in the short sale process,” explains partner Alan Kinzel. The company works with both buyer and seller agents to purchase the property at auction and then resell it to the original buyers. In this way the listing and purchasing agents still receive commissions and the buyers get the home they wanted. Unlike other companies, Real Estate Auction Angels does not cut the realtors out of the transaction and does not attempt to re-negotiate the deal after the auction. Everything is agreed upon and written up prior to the auction so that all parties know what to expect.

Realtors who have worked with the company agree that the service can be invaluable in the short sale process. “We would prefer to close every transaction in the typical manner with the bank, but when the bank insists on foreclosing, I have a solid plan B,” says realtor Mike Harris.

Agents, home buyers and investors interested in learning more about how the Real Estate Auction Angels system works are invited to visit the newly-redesigned website at http://www.realestateauctionangels.com.
