San Diego, CA- Restaurants in Mission Hills will be featured and host the first annual “Taste of Mission Hills” on Tuesday, October 16th from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Experience an evening in Mission Hills while sampling Tastes from around the globe. Council President ProTem Kevin L. Faulconer will announce and dedicate the area of
India Street North, International Restaurant Row at 6:30pm. Free Old Town Trolley shuttles will transport Tasters to locations and run until 9:30pm.
Mission Hills is located 10 minutes from Downtown San Diego between Hillcrest and Old Town. Getting to the Taste of Mission Hills is easy: Exit Sassafras or Washington St. from 5 freeways. Exit W. Washington from 163. We’ll see you 92103!
Tickets are $20 and are available at the Mission Hills Farmer’s Market held every Wednesday night 3pm-7pm on Falcon St. or State Farm at 928 Ft. Stockton# 105, Gelato Vero 3753 India St. or US Bank at 610 W. Washington St. Only 500 tickets are available! Participating restaurants offering menu items are: The Wellington, The Red Door, Saffron, Shakespeare Pub & Grill, Lefty’s Chicago Pizzeria, Gelato Vero Caffe, Meshuggah Shack, Cake Bakery, Shakespeare’s Corner Shoppe & Afternoon Tea, Rubicon Deli, The Regal Beagle, Olivetto, Starlight Lounge and Brooklyn Girl. “Taste” drink specials too.
