Policies

• Payment in advance of publication is required on all new accounts. After initial payment, a 30-day billing and payment scheduled may be arranged with contracts.
• Late fees will be charged on overdue accounts.
• Advertising will be discontinued on all accounts more than 30 days overdue and will not be reinstated until the account is paid in full.
• Frequency discounts are available to advertisers. Advertisers who fail to make the minimum number of insertions for their contract rate within one year will be billed the difference between the rate charged and the single-insertion rate.
• All space reservations must be confirmed with a signed contract.
• Publisher reserves the right to reject or to make changes in any advertisement which does not meet the standards of the publication.
• Advertiser assumes any and all responsibility for advertisements resulting in fraud, plagiarism, copyright infringement, invasion of privacy and libel.
