‘40th Floor Affair Spotlights San Diego’s Emerging Fashion Designers
Downtown San Diego’s skyline will transform into a fashion runway from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday, July 26, as 800 Broadway hosts the 40th Floor Affair: A Runway Above it All, an exclusive fashion event celebrating the city’s rising design talent. Set against the panoramic backdrop of San Diego’s tallest rooftop lounge, this sky-high runway event will showcase the couture creations of three local designers. Organized by House of Carly Creative, the 40th Floor Affair will feature a curated runway show spotlighting up-and-coming designers from across the city, including Irina Madan’s bold & romantic couture, Oseas Villatoro’s bohemian resort wear, and Nolan Dean’s sleek silhouettes. Guests will enjoy an immersive experience above the skyline, complete with cocktails, a live DJ, and a front-row seat to the future of fashion, 40 floors up.

Models and model coaching will be provided by American Modeling Academy / Maria Kucherenko, with hair and makeup by Coup de Grace Faces LLC / Grace Dawson.
