Home Start to Host Hallo-Wine Fall Festival on Saturday, October 25,
Home Start, a nonprofit dedicated to preventing child abuse and strengthening families, will host its 18th Annual Hallo-Wine Fall Festival on Saturday, October 25 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Guests will gather at a stunning outdoor venue in Point Loma, set on the lawn of a private estate with sweeping ocean views.

This seasonal festival promises an afternoon filled with flavors, fun, and philanthropy. Guests will enjoy tastings from dozens of local vendors, featuring savory bites, decadent desserts, boutique wines, hand-crafted beers, craft spirits and festive mocktails from dozens of local vendors. The celebration will also include live entertainment, lawn games, prize drawings, and an exclusive speakeasy experience.
Home Start’s fall celebration will also highlight a new season of leadership with CEO Joe Buehrle, offering guests the opportunity to connect with him at the event. Most importantly, attendees will hear a powerful success story from a Home Start client whose life has been transformed through the organization’s services. This fun-filled event brings together supporters, vendors, and volunteers of Home Start to celebrate the season and the mission of the organization.
Held every October in recognition of National Domestic Violence Awareness Month, the Hallo-Wine Fall Festival raises critical funds to support Home Start’s programs that provide life-changing assistance to children, families, and individuals across the region. For over 53 years, Home Start staff has served on the front lines in the battle to prevent child abuse and ensure the safety of San Diego’s most vulnerable.
This year’s presenting sponsor is BoujieMana Restaurant. Tickets are on sale now for $120. Every ticket includes food and wine samples, a keepsake tasting glass, and ride share discount or valet.
