God Save the Cuisine

| April 30, 2012 | 0 Comments

Two brothers, Kevin and David Keylock, are introducing a British influenced gourmet food truck.  Their mobile restaurant is styled after a London double decker bus, to separate them from most of the food trucks in San Diego. To make their vehicle more visual, they have added a seven foot wax British guard that will be on display every day.

Besides  “catering to the visual interests,” expect a British experience that includes the authentic “cockney” accents of the two owners, as well as some great British music from their truck (The Beatles, Oasis and Arctic Monkeys).

For the taste and smell needs, these two gents will be sharing British influenced food made from the freshest ingredients. They will be using organic produce from local sustainable sources.

In terms of British influence, the chef has over fifteen years experience in some of the most prestigious places in the world, including Buckingham Palace. He also spent five years at the prestigious Leeds Castle for which he catered large and small events.
