Mormon Battalion to Host “Legacy of Liberty” Flag Day Celebration
The Mormon Battalion Historic Site in Old Town San Diego will commemorate Flag Day and the 250th anniversary of the United States with a special community gathering titled “Legacy of Liberty” at 5 p.m., Saturday, June 6, 2026. Held at the historic Mormon Battalion site at 2510 Juan Street, the celebration will honor the enduring meaning of the American flag and the generations of Americans who have defended the nation’s ideals from the Revolutionary War to the present day.
